Event Reservation Request

No room will be officially reserved until confirmed by its designated scheduling authority. No organization or individual will be permitted to use a room unless it has been officially reserved and confirmed by that authority. If an event is canceled or a schedule change is made, it is the responsibility of the reserving party to inform all locations at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to contact all locations including the MCU scheduler may result in losing future room reservation privileges for you or your entire organization.
