Your organization’s Scheduler ID (SID) is used for all aspects of the K20 Online Resource Reservation System.  It is assigned to your organization to administer.  Use this SID and continue with the following steps before proceeding with the actual use of the K20 Resource Reservation System:

  1. Proceed to the KORRS homepage:  www.k20.ctc.edu
  2. Select the 'ITV Schedulers' tab.
  3. Log in with your organization's SID.
  4. Select the 'Site Services' Option.
  5. Select 'Update Organization Information'.
  6. *Enter the appropriate information about your organization and update.
  7. After the information has been submitted, click the 'ITV Schedulers' tab to return to the menu.
  8. Select the 'Site Services' option.
  9. Select 'Update Resource Information'.
  10. Select the resource from the list on the next screen.
  11. *Enter the appropriate information about each of your resources and update.
  12. After the information has been submitted, select one of the navigation tabs for other areas, or click the 'ITV Schedulers' tab to return to 'ITV Schedulers' menu.
*Note:  Please make sure the contact email addresses are correct, as incorrect information may result in your resource not receiving proper notifications from the KORRS system.
